Devora’s leadership has been instrumental in implementing inclusive curriculum and resources for K12 and College Campuses. Working with mission-driven business owners, she has mentored over 200 underrepresented purpose-driven emerging professionals to develop their hard and soft skills and open doors for their pathway to a successful career. Under her guidance, Up In The Chair has received the prestigious Benefit-Corporation (B-Corp) certification awarded to companies that have proven their environmental and social impact for good. She has also founded and launched the nonprofit Each & Every. This award not only reflects Devora’s accomplishments but also the collective effort of the entire Up In The Chair team.
