  • This is a self-paced course for small businesses or entrepreneurs wanting to learn how to create a successful internship program.
  • Throughout 10 different sections, you'll learn everything from how to find interns to how to improve an existing internship program.
  • When working with interns they'll look to you as an example, which is why part of the course goes into what makes a good mentor; especially for young professionals.
  • Interns offer a unique perspective and potential that can be an integral part to growing a small business.

EMA Coaching Cohort for Visionary Leaders

  • This 6-month course begins with a preliminary workbook to examine and determine goals for your small business or entrepreneurial start-up.
  • You'll receive a 1-hour clarity call with Devora, CEO of Up In The Chair, to review your goals before the 1st group session.
  • All participating Visionary Leaders will then gather as a cohort for a 3-session intensive to build your internship program.
  • There are weekly cohort meetings for the duration of the program and ongoing expert support.
